CHAPTER FOUR

THE PURPOSE OF THE GARDEN OF EDEN

The first concept to remember about the Garden of Eden and the book of Genesis is that it was originally written ONLY for the Jews. The Gentiles were not involved in the Word of God because their DNA was already contaminated by the fallen ones, and they were worshipping the fallen angels posing as gods. The purpose of the Garden of Eden story in the Bible was to establish the Jews as a separate people for God, to establish forgiveness for all of man, and an explanation regarding who the fallen-angels really were.

The Jews were God’s “special people” as described in Deuteronomy, chapter seven. God was heart broken that the fallen ones had contaminated his humans on earth, and He started over with a pure breed of humans. So, Adam and Eve were created; and eventually, they sinned too! Man was hopeless! Man was naive and became lost by listening to the works of Satan and demons.

After Adam and Eve sinned, they were turned out of the garden into the cruel and gruesome world. Believe me, the world was gruesome in those days because the “wonder world” Dr. Baugh described no longer existed. There were demons galore and every kind of monster on the earth and full of evil….just like Satan.

Finally, in this Jewish lineage, God found Abraham who believed so strongly he was willing to sacrifice his own son, but God did not allow him to sacrifice his son. God supplied a ram. Abraham found favor with God because he loved God so. To some people today and to Abraham, God was as close as their breath.

God could see what the fallen ones were doing to man, and He hated the state of man. Therefore, He worked with the Jews to keep them pure. He was always there for them. He was talking to them and loving them through life. He was with them in wars. He fed them in the desert. He blessed the work of their hands. However for the Jews, there were rules and one rule was… the Jews could not marry anyone outside the Jewish faith. Again, this is because the Gentiles DNA had already become contaminated by the fallen ones. The Jews understood that God meant every word he said.

Deuteronomy 7:3-7 NLT

3 You must not intermarry with them. Do not let your daughters and sons marry their sons and daughters,

4 for they will lead your children away from me to worship other gods. Then the anger of the Lord will burn against you, and he will quickly destroy you.

5 This is what you must do. You must break down their pagan altars and shatter their sacred pillars. Cut down their Asherah poles and burn their idols.

6 For you are a holy people, who belong to the Lord your God. Of all the people on earth, the Lord your God has chosen you to be his own special treasure.
